Spectra, one of the U.S.’s leading venue management and hospitality providers, is taking over the management of the popular East End event facilities at Chicago’s Navy Pier.

The multiyear partnership to manage the booking, coordination and client service aspects of the Pier’s East end facilities comes into effect on Monday, February 3, 2020. The East End facilities, which include the Aon Grand Ballroom, Festival Hall, Lakeview Terrace and other event spaces, host some of the city’s most popular events, such as Chicago Flower & Garden Show, EXPO Chicago, SOFA (Sculptures Objects Functional Art and Design Fair), and the Chicago Toy & Game Fair.

As part of the agreement, Spectra will offer food and beverage service provided by Levy, a leader in sports and entertainment hospitality.
