Delta Hotels by Marriott is coming to Las Vegas.

CAI Investments held a ground-breaking ceremony for the new property at its future site, 3883 West Flamingo Road, in late June. Clark County Commissioner Michael Naft, CAI Investments’s founder Christopher Beavor, and executives from Marriott International and Crescent Hotels & Resorts were on hand for the ceremonial shovel dig.

The 24-floor full-service hotel is slated to have some 260 guestrooms as well as 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Other amenities include:

  • a rooftop pool;
  • fitness centre;
  • lobby dining bar;
  • coffee bar;
  • and covered parking.

Projected to open in Q4 2021, the hotel is the final phase of CAI Investments’ 8.6-acre multi-purpose development, which began in 2017. In addition to the hotel, the project includes residential units and 27,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Confirmed tenants include Walgreens, Del Taco, Denny’s, Wahoo’s Fish Tacos and Chick-Fil-A.

The hotel’s location at the corner of Valley View and West Flamingo Road, just west of Interstate 15, gives it panoramic views of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.

The Las Vegas property is one of 37 properties in Delta Hotels by Marriott’s development pipeline.
