Exhibitor sales are strong heading into the first face-to-face edition of IBTM World in two years.

The show, which will take place November 30th to December 2nd at Fira Barcelona, is seeing strong representation from some of the world’s best-known destinations and suppliers.

Exhibitors include Dubai Tourism, Atout France, Germany Convention Bureau, Rwanda Convention Bureau, Meet in Ireland, Istanbul Convention Bureau, Cyprus Convention Bureau, Hungarian Convention Bureau, Norway Convention Bureau (attending with 18 partners), Croatia Convention Bureau, Lithuania, Turespana Convention Bureau (Spain), Czech Republic Convention Bureau, Hilton, Titanic Hotels, Hyatt, Basquetour and GL Events.

Sardinia will attend IBTM World for the first time, and Z-Factor from Poland, a software solutions provider for many hotel groups, will exhibit in the Tech Pavilion.

To assist exhibitors in their return to face-to-face meetings, IBTM World’s organizer, Reed Exhibition is offering SmartSpace, an in-house stand design and build team to help create stands that adhere to the latest health and safety and physical distancing guidelines.

“The pandemic has resulted in challenges with finding stand builders with availability, so SmartSpace is a great way to get around this,” said Russ Curran, head of SmartSpace. “We have been preparing for re-opening with Covid guidelines in place, and all our stands are Covid compliant. We have a team of talented designers on hand, and we can advise exhibitors every step of the way to ensure that their stands are engaging, sustainable and safe, and ready for them when they arrive on site.”
