The first Hyatt in Hanoi has opened in the business district of the Vietnamese capital.

The Hyatt Regency West Hanoi is the third Hyatt hotel in Vietnam. Rebranded from an existing hotel, its guestrooms, public areas, event and meeting spaces, culinary areas and landscaped gardens have all been extensively renovated.

“We are thrilled and grateful to be debuting the very first Hyatt hotel in the capital city of Vietnam alongside ownership company Tran Hong Quan Trading Co. Ltd.,” said Louis Low, general manager, Hyatt Regency West Hanoi. “Conveniently located in a bustling business district, the hotel’s tranquil ambiance and modern accommodations, dynamic dining venues and elevated event spaces help ensure guests have a relaxing time when visiting.”

Located in the Nam Tu Liem business district, the property is a short drive from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Convention Center, My Dinh National Stadium, the Formula One Grand Prix race circuit and the offices of many global companies.

In addition, a soon-to-be-completed road will connect the first Hyatt in Hanoi with Ring Road 3. As a result, guests will have easy access to the highway leading to popular destinations in North Vietnam, including Sapa, Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay.

The property itself has two towers with 519 guestrooms, including 114 suites and 129 long-stay rooms with kitchenettes and washing machines. The refreshed interiors of the rooms feature a contemporary colour palette with natural wood and marble accents. Modern furnishings and facilities are complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that deliver natural light and impressive views.

The hotel also offers 4,740 square feet of meeting and event space. Spaces include a large ballroom and several multifunctional meeting rooms.

On the F&B side, the hotel’s sky bar delivers panoramic views with its signature cocktails. Its main restaurant, Market Café, features open kitchens showcasing local and international cuisine, from fresh seafood to Vietnamese fare. And the expansive hotel lounge is a relaxing spot for guests to connect and socialize.

Other amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center and luxurious spa.
