Luxe Collection® is expanding its international portfolio of independent four- and five-star boutique hotels.

The global hospitality company’s Q1 additions include its first branded property in New York City, the historic Luxe Life New York, along with Eurostars Magnificent Mile (Chicago, IL), The Belmont (Dallas, TX), Il Tornabuoni (Florence, Italy), CoolRooms Atocha (Madrid, Spain), and Zeavola Resort (Koh Phi Phi, Thailand).

Luxe Life Hotel New York is housed in the former headquarters of LIFE Magazine in Manhattan’s NoMad (Madison Square North) neighbourhood. The pet-friendly property has 98 guestrooms and suites; a collection of more than 200 original works of art curated throughout its guestrooms, corridors and lobby; a destination signature restaurant, The Marilyn; and a prohibition-era bar.

Eurostars Magnificent Mile Chicago is located right off Michigan Avenue. The 217-key property combines industrial-chic style—exposed cement ceilings, wooden floors, modern furniture, and avant-garde artistic elements—with five-star service. It has approximately 3,700 square feet of meeting and event space, a lobby bar (Leviathan) and onsite restaurant (Portsmith).

Belmont Dallas Hotel is a historic Art Moderne motor inn being restored to feature one-of-a-kind rooms, some with outdoor living spaces and others with views of the Dallas skyline. Accommodation options include standard rooms, studios, deluxe rooms, deluxe rooms with a view, junior suites, king suites and terrace suites. The renovation, which is set for completion in spring 2020, includes a new restaurant and two bars.

Il Tornabuoni Florence is located in the heart of the ancient Palazzo Minerbetti. The five-star property has 62 rooms and suites, a gourmet restaurant, bistro and cocktail bar with an extensive wine collection.

CoolRooms Atocha Madrid is housed in a palace house that dates back to 1852. Recently reinvented as a luxury hotel, it has 35 rooms and suites, an oasis pool garden and a restaurant/bar (El 34 Pinchos Bar). It joins Luxe Collection in March 2020.

Zeavola Resort & Spa is an eco-friendly, luxury resort located on Koh Phi Phi Island in Thailand. It offers teakwood suites and villas that “emphasize the simplicity of rural village life,” an on-property spa, cooking classes, and two restaurants (Baxil, which serves Thai cuisine and Tacada, which delivers a Mediterranean menu).
