Resorts World Las Vegas and Hilton partner on multi-brand resort

In what is the largest multi-brand deal in Hilton’s history, three of the hospitality company’s premium brands will come together for the first time when Resorts World Las Vegas opens in summer 2021.

Hilton announced today that it has partnered with Resorts World Las Vegas to bring Hilton Hotels & Resorts, LXR and Conrad to the US$4.3 billion development. The 3,500-key resort will also be part of Hilton Honors, the company’s award-winning guest loyalty program.

Resorts World Las Vegas is being developed by Genting Berhad. Work is steadily moving forward on the 88-acre development located at the north end of The Strip in close proximity to the Las Vegas Convention Centre. When it is completed, the casino-resort will offer:

  • 3,500 guest rooms, luxury suites, villas and penthouses in two resort towers;
  • 350,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space;
  • 200,000 square feet of food and beverage space featuring a wide range of cuisine from authentic street food to Michelin star dining;
  • 220,00-square-foot pool complex with seven unique pool experiences including a 1,800-square-foot infinity pool with views of the Las Vegas Strip;
  • 75,000-square-foot nightlife and daylife concept;
  • 5,000-capacity state-of-the-art theatre to host A-list residencies and corporate events;
  • 75,000-square-foot nightlife and daylife concept;
  • and a 100,000-square-foot West Tower LED screen, one of the largest LED building displays in the U.S.
